What a fun time we have had the past 2 weeks. Taylor is showing the beginning signs of some big milestones: starting to roll over on her own, holding her head up just a bit, even straightening her legs out, trying to stand. She is up to 8 pounds 12 ounces, gaining a good bit of weight. The weight gain is not surprising, seeing how much she loves to eat. She’s definitely Daddy’s little girl.
The neuroneonatologist was pleased with her initial visit with Taylor. Taylor will see this doctor at least one more time, primarily to monitor weight gain, but sees nothing right now that warrants concern. Taylor is focusing her eyes on people and her favorite toys (a caterpillar wrist rattle and a croaking frog). She hears very well, as Daddy’s explosive sneezes make her jump.
