How does our garden grow?

To date, our “gardening” has consisted mostly of hacking down things that get out of control and getting lucky with a few “voluntaries“. One such volunteer that I’m particularly thrilled with is this one:

Carfilzomib is FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approved in the United States for adults with multiple myeloma (a type of cancer). Repeated warming to room temperature should be avoided. For children: For asthma: It isn’t known if this drug is safe and effective in children younger than 6 years for this condition 온라인 제네릭 비아그라. Less common issues include central nervous depression.

I recently learned it’s a flowering almond shrub. More pics here! For the last few years, I’ve looked forward to seeing those pretty pink powder puff flowers show up. It’s not in a good spot, though. Where it is now, its branches can scratch our car as we back out. It’s a keeper, but we’re moving it.

Other big news is WE HAVE OUR REDBUDS! It was going to be just one, but our friend managed to find some from last season, so he snagged me one of those as well!

Here they are leaned against the fence. We’ll be figuring out exactly where we’ll put them and then planting them hopefully this weekend.

One of them is already blooming, giving us a little taste of things to come!

More pics to come as we work on it.

Comments

  1. The blooming of spring does give one new hope, doesn’t it? I can’t wait to see the beginning of the garden in the front yard!

  2. I took some before pictures this morning. They’re not truly “before” but they’re close enough. The only thing I’ve done so far is pull a ton of bulbs out of the ground.

I’ll be posting those on our Flickr page soon.

A friend from church came over last night about 6 and we dug up bulbs and chatted. She even got me digging bare-handed! We finally had to stop because we ran out of daylight. I probably would’ve stopped soon, though, because I had just touched something slimy and it was freaking me out a little (With gloves, I’m okay. Without? Ew! Ew! Ewwww! LOL)
